Woman Killed in Hit and Run | Orange County Personal Injury

Saturday October 18, 2014 a woman died as a result of a hit and run incident at about 2:00 a.m. The incident took place in Hollywood on Lankershim Boulevard where she was pushing a shopping cart. The vehicle that hit her was a white Mercedes stated a police officer at the scene. The identity of the woman has not been released.

The woman killed in hit and run accident was wearing a white top and black pants, she was not in a designated cross walk at the time of the impact. When she crossed, several cars did yield to her though the Mercedes did not and ultimately hit her. The Mercedes initially did stop for a moment but proceeded to drive away. Her body laid next to the shopping cart she was pushing along with other materials in the cart. Police are searching for the driver and encourage anyone with information to contact the Los Angeles Police Department for the Valley Division.
